With a wish to support the further promotion and development of tennis and tennis professionals in Serbia, the company Legacy International was the main sponsor of the first educational program for coaches, players, and parents, organized by the Janković Tennis Academy.
On February 22 and 23 in Belgrade, the first tennis educational seminar for coaches, players, and parents was held, organized by the Janković Tennis Academy and renowned coach and lecturer Benjamin Ebrahimzadeh. The seminar was attended by more than 40 tennis professionals who enhanced their knowledge and skills through theoretical and practical training.
Legacy International was the main sponsor and partner of this significant event, continuing its support for the development of tennis in Serbia.
Representatives of Legacy International and key members of the team behind the organization of the ATP tournament, Sanja Petrovski and Vojin Pušica, attended the seminar and shared with participants the “secrets” of organizing professional ATP, WTA, and ITF tennis tournaments over the past four years.
“Professional tennis tournaments are of great importance for our city and country. By organizing these events, we not only promote tennis and develop Serbia as a sports destination, but we also contribute significantly to the development of the economy and national infrastructure. More importantly, we encourage the growth of tennis talents who, through tournaments in their home country, often gain their first experience playing tennis ‘on the big stage,’ earning valuable ranking points and progressing on the rankings, along with gaining crucial experience that enhances their game,” stated members of the Legacy team in a discussion with the coaches.
“We support this event because education builds better players and coaches. We strengthen the tennis community because we know that educated coaches and parents create better players”, added Sanja and Vojin.
Players and coaches will have the opportunity to test their skills on the court of a professional tennis tournament as early as November when Legacy International will organize another ATP 250 tournament. Belgrade Open 2025, the latest edition of the tournament, will take place from November 1-8 at the Belgrade Arena, once again bringing together some of the biggest names in the world of tennis.
