Professional WTA 250 tournament “Serbia Ladies Open” was organized from 15-22 May in 2021. This was the first time in the history of women’s tennis that a WTA 250 tournament was organized in Serbia.

Some of the best-ranked tennis players – among the top 20 and 30 in the world took part in this competition and we made sure to provide maximum security, safety and support to players participating, and thus enable them to give their best on the courts.

Having a WTA 250 in Belgrade was extremely significant for the promotion of women’s tennis, and a great motivation and opportunity for domestic players, but also young girls who wish to become tennis players one day.

Serbia Ladies Open matches were not played in front of an audience, as the Covid19 restrictions were still active. However, we manage to give a unique experience to all tennis fans, as the matches were broadcasted on the Radio Television of Serbia, Arena Sport channels and 100 more TV stations around the world.
